Eggplant with cheese, with a Golden crispy crust. Very tasty!

Seasoning

Sour cream

Vegetable oil
Cooking
Eggplant cut into circles. On both sides of the circle to put cheese on it. Fry in preheated pan with vegetable oil. Instead of salt use vegetto.
Serve with a side dish or as a separate dish (I like it with boiled vegetables) with sour cream and greens.
