Description
Very tasty and flavorful dish. Carrots get "Alden" and the taste is not similar to boiled. And its bright color combined with the green onion uplifting and gets me ready for the spring. And to further feel the "breath" lingering spring, I decided to chop the carrots into flowers. Try it, it's really very tasty dish with a nice spicy flavor from the simplest of ingredients

Cooking
Peel the carrot and cut into slices thickness of 0.5 cm.
Green onions cut into rings.
Put in a bowl to extinguish carrots, vegetable oil, salt and honey.
Simmer on medium heat under lid for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the green onions.
That's all. The dish is ready.
Can be eaten hot as a separate dish or as a side dish. Cold as an appetizer is also very tasty. Bon appetit!
