Pork loin roulade with spinach and mushrooms
Very tasty dish that will delight guests and family. The combination of meat and spinach with mushrooms very juicy. And well cooked meat is always a masterpiece!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Bacon

    1 pack

  • Spinach

    1 coup

  • Mushrooms

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

Cooking

First pickle the onions - this chopped onions pour soy sauce and leave for an hour
