Description
I climb on the website and saw several options for making schnitzel Milanese. Well, make a contribution, because my version differs from existing. Recipe taken from the Internet.

Cooking
The original recipe schnitzel were asked to make veal with bone. But my veal was not, and was 4 thin chicken fillets, so I decided to make a dish of them. So, the schnitzels to beat. I immediately salt and pepper, flavored, but it turned out that it is better not to do all this then "floated" in the milk.
In a Cup pour the milk. In another mix the flour with the salt, pepper and spices (I had Mediterranean blend). In a third bowl beat the eggs with a small amount of water, also season with a little salt and pepper. Well, the fourth Cup add ground bread crumbs and grated cheese. Now, at a time dip the slices of meat first in milk, then coat in flour. Then in eggs, and finally coat in the bread-cheese mixture. Every piece of meat is not much, but entirely covered with crumbs.
After that, all stacked on a platter and (please!) put in fridge no less than 1 hour. In the recipe it was written that this is to ensure that the crumbs got stuck.
Fry our steaks in a skillet in hot butter on both sides, on medium heat, until brown. Bon Appetit!
