Cooking
Cabbage thinly slice. Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Pepper cut into small strips. Cut the meat into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, add seasoning to meat and crushed garlic clove.
Onions finely crumble and fry in a pan. Then it pour the carrots, stir some more and add seasoned meat. To cover and extinguish minutes 10.

While the meat and vegetables stew, in another pan needs to be fried until tender cabbage, previously salted it a bit. The finished dough out thinly and spread it on the COOLED filling from cabbage and potatoes.
Then gently rolled into a roll, cut into small pieces and put in sauce pan on top of the vegetables with the meat.
In a mug, mix sour cream and tomato paste, add a little water, pour the contents of the sauce pan. Cover and simmer until tender rolls of meat (about 20-30 minutes).
