Cooking
Boil buckwheat until tender. I used to prepare grechnikov Unground buckwheat TM Mistral.

To form dumplings and roll in flour.
Heat in a frying pan melted butter, spread the dumplings. Fry the dumplings on both sides on medium heat until Golden brown, cover with a lid and simmer for about 15 minutes on medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 more minutes. If you need to monotonality a bit of boiling water to extinguish, I did not add.
Dumplings with a heart ready! Serve hot with vegetables or salad, and very tasty in Arabic pita with a leaf of iceberg and chopped cucumber. Bon appetit!
