Goulash from beef with eggplant
Keep experimenting with eggplant and as the following experiences have prepared the dish, in my opinion, and judging by the rapid consumption of my family, really well. The experiment took place and the experience was a success!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Adjika

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 g

Prepare products required for cooking goulash

Meat and eggplant cut into cubes and onions and carrots - whichever you prefer

The meat is lightly fry, I did it in a saucepan with a thick bottom, which then continued cooking

Add the onions and carrots and continue roasting for another five minutes

Then, lay the eggplant

Add the peppers (because I have not "pluck the eyes", then I added 2 tablespoons)

Stir and simmer until the meat becomes soft, it all depends on what part of beef you have. I was preparing a thick edge and it took me about 30 minutes
