Cooking
Cut the chicken legs or any pieces. A whole chicken can be cut.
Make the marinade: mix the mustard - 2st. spoons (I had three chicken legs, marinade on this number), honey - 1 tbsp, soy sauce - to taste vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. Coat the chicken with this marinade and leave for 2 hours.
Next, spread on a baking sheet, sprinkle with black pepper and grated garlic.
Bake in the oven until cooked, pouring the resulting juice. This in my option. In General, a chicken you can just fry and grill cook. We also used this marinade for grilled chicken. Very tasty turned! Bon appetit!
