Cooking
Meat to cook the ground beef with the onion in the ratio 1:2. In the meat add some rice (about 50 grams). Add salt and a little dried mint.
From minced meat to cook small balls. I always do one per person.
Peel the potatoes, each divided into 3 parts. To clean the bulb.
In advance in salted water boil the peas.
First, boil in salted water for meatballs. After they are cooked, drain the broth.
Add a whole onion, potatoes, peas, turmeric, oil, salt and cook until tender on medium heat.
Once ready, add the dried mint. Or you can sprinkle with fresh herbs.
