Description
Chicken Breasts in an interesting combination with the sauce and jam from rose hips. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Mouse-Katyusha called "Breast in sauce with rose," and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
In this recipe, more time was spent on the description than making the food! Very simple preparation. Chicken Breasts (pictured Turkey breast) I took already cut into layers, wash with cold water and blot them with a paper towel. RUB Breasts with mixture of salt and pepper.
In the frying pan 2 tbsp olive oil and fry the meat. Remove from the pan and place in a warm place.
Onion peel and finely, finely chopped. Fry in oil remaining from frying the meat. Pour 100 ml of broth. Add the ginger, jam and mix well. Put in a pan the chicken and under the lid simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
In the recipe of the original another side dish, chicory, but I've taken the classic side dish, potato. Clean it, cut into 4 pieces and boil until soft (about 7 minutes depending on Your potatoes).
