Ingredients

  • Heck

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

Heck peel, cut into small pieces

Fry in small amount of olive oil, then spread in a pan, add sour cream and mustard

Three tomatoes on a grater and add to the sauce, salt, pepper, add a mixture of herbs

Tablespoon of flour stir in a small amount of water to avoid lumps and pour in a thin stream to the sauce. Stew for 20 minutes and served to the table))
