Chicken in a creamy berry sauce
Juicy chicken just melts in your mouth, sweet and sour, soft creamy sauce gives a unique taste and aroma... a lot of chicken dishes with sweet sauces, but with berries I have ever tasted. The idea was borrowed from the "School of Gastronome", but a little altered to your taste. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 kg

  • Gooseberry

    200 g

  • Black currants

    200 g

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Black currants and gooseberries wash, put in a saucepan, add sugar and a few tablespoons of water, slightly mash half of the berries remained intact, bring to boil, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes

Add the cream and cook for another 3 minutes

Chicken fillet (in the original breast was listed, but we as-that with them not really, because I take the fillet-thigh without bones and skin) a little salt, roll in flour and fry on both sides until Golden brown

Put chicken in a baking dish, pour the berry sauce, put in oven preheated to 200 degrees

Bake in the oven until cooked chicken pieces I have are quite thick, so it took about 20-25 minutes
