Cake vegetable Spring
Gentle fragrant vegetable cake with cream of soy cheese tofu.

Ingredients

  • Rice brown

    1 cup

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Orange

    0.25 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Water pink

    1 Tbsp

  • Tofu

    100 g

  • Cards

    15 piece

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    0.5 cup

Boil brown rice round "Kuban" TM "Mistral" for 20 minutes, the excess water is drained off, the rice cools.

Pour into a blender of policana vegetable oil, peel and cut the apples sent there, followed by the same way carrots, peel and quarter the orange and pour a Cup of brown sugar TM "Mistral". All grind, then add 1 Cup of rice and grind a bit.

In the bowl of flour (1,5 Cup.) pour 1 tsp. of baking soda over the entire surface and mix with the contents of the blender, add rose oil and mix. Spread the batter in a baking pan diameter 28 cm, greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with flour, and put in oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Prepare the cream. Cut tofu, immersion in a blender, then add the dates and honey, pour a third Cup of water (so that blender started up) and whisk until the consistency of paste.

It now remains to spread the cake with cream and decorate with coconut flakes, if you have the patience, give it a couple hours to soak.
