Potatoes baked with ham and cheese.

  • Potatoes

  • Cheese

  • Ham

  • Chicken egg

  • Cream

Potatoes wash, boil in their skins

Grate cheese on a small grater, ham cut into small cubes

Boiled potatoes cut in half lengthwise, teaspoon to remove the flesh so that the walls left a thickness of about 0.5 cm Ham, cheese combine with the potato pulp, add beaten egg and a little cream, season with salt and add spices.
