Bags of meat, baked in foil
Try out very juicy and tender meat! It is stewed in its own juice, it turns out very tasty! My favorite dish for a romantic evening with good wine!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Greens

    1 coup

Cut the meat into slices thickness of 1 cm and chop it well with a hammer, season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Mushrooms fry the onion in raises. oil. Onions marinated in vinegar, cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Foil cut a square piece 25x25cm. Spread on foil chops slices of meat, they put the mushrooms.
