This year we have never managed a crop of tomatoes! So I had to think of something interesting to cook them? Not to drink all the time tomato juice)) The more, and so we have enough! And then I came across this wonderful recipe.

Cooking
Wash the tomatoes and cut the stalk. Make cross-cuts. Drop the tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute. This will allow you to easily remove the skins. Clean the tomatoes.
Chop the tomatoes into small cubes. Then I advise you to put them in a colander, putting the last in a deep plate. Thus, while you prepare the other ingredients with the tomatoes to drain off any excess liquid.
Onion wash, cut into cubes
On average grater to grate cheese
Mix in a bowl/saucepan tomatoes, onions, greens, cheese. Add the egg, salt, pepper to taste and mix well. Then add the flour and baking powder and again mix well.
Lay out patties with a spoon in a pan with hot vegetable oil. Oil should be enough to burgers were buried halfway in it. Fry until Golden brown.
Then flip the patties and fry the other side.
Lay out the cutlets on a paper towel (or napkin) to remove the excess fat. After you put on your plates. Bon appetit!
