This year we have never managed a crop of tomatoes! So I had to think of something interesting to cook them? Not to drink all the time tomato juice)) The more, and so we have enough! And then I came across this wonderful recipe.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Wash the tomatoes and cut the stalk. Make cross-cuts. Drop the tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute. This will allow you to easily remove the skins. Clean the tomatoes.
