Rice with bacon, tuna and green peas
Very tasty, hearty dish!!! A wonderful lunch or dinner! Ready in 30 minutes, and the result is simply super!

Ingredients

    150 g

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Boil some rice. I always cook in a ratio of 1:2. The water is not salted. While cooking the rice, bacon (or brisket) cut quite finely and fry in a dry pan on both sides until Golden, crunchy crust. Remove the bacon from the pan and put on bumane towel.

In the pan with the bacon fat (I do most of merged, left quite a bit) spread the cooked rice. Fry over high heat 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the rice, frozen green peas, mix well, fry for a minute. Then add the canned tuna (liquid pre-merge). Carefully stir.

Add rice and soy sauce. Again gently stir. Keep on heat for another couple of minutes, spread on rice bacon and served to the table.
