Creamy soup with chicken and vegetables
This is our mom's favorite soup, which we prepare in a very long time and really love it. Despite the name, it includes not even cream, and... processed cheese! It gives the soup an unusually delicate flavor. Impossible to resist :)

Ingredients

  • Bay leaf

  • The processed cheese

  • Onion

  • Mushrooms

  • Broccoli

    300 g

  • Carrots

  • Potatoes

  • Water

  • Chicken fillet

Cooking

Put to cook chicken, half a potato (the other half is still useful to us) and carrots (can be both and one and the other to add later). I always add a Bay leaf.

Meanwhile, my broccoli, then disassemble on inflorescences.

Mushrooms clean. I just peel the skin with a knife and cut leg, but not my them. My definite favorites brown mushrooms, they taste more vivid and saturated.

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

The remaining potatoes cut into cubes.

Finely chop the onion.

Now spread the carrots and potatoes that we cooked (it should, of course, to check on availability). They need to RUB them in order, and then send it back to the pot. Just pull the fillets and allow it to cool. All the other vegetables that we cut it and throw it also into the broth. If you have only one boiled carrot, then the second can be cut into quarters and add. Optionally the vegetables can be cast in stages, depending on the cooking time, but I like when they are all soft.

Cold fillet shared on fiber and add to the soup.

And finally, the cheese (I had a creamy, but my favorite "Friendship") three on a large grater and put in a pan!

That's usually when I make soup another 5 minutes and then turn off the stove and cover the soup cover. In this form it comes out in about 10 minutes.
