step-0
what we needed (except eggs and cheese until they get out of the store)
step-1
pour into the pressure cooker of a small amount of vegetable oil. onion and garlic RUB on a small grater, to obtain a homogeneous mush. the parsley coarsely chopped. in a pressure cooker put chicken breast on top of onion-garlic paste, salt, black pepper, Bay leaf, and parsley. pour a little water. put on the fire.
step-2
simmer until the onions will not turn into a homogenous mush.
step-3
topped up with water so that it completely covers the contents of the cooker. zakryvat shut the pressure cooker lid and on fire... after the steam starts hissing out, cook for 20 minutes. for beginners: BEFORE OPENING the COVER don'T FORGET to RELEASE all the STEAM!!! here is the finished chicken.
step-4
chicken cool slightly and break into thin fibers. so. it certainly will take some time. I usually do sitting in front of the TV.
step-5
for meat to lay out a cheese plate. if the fridge is stale cheese, his grate and there. optional top as possible, and olives to fill. beat eggs with a whisk, season with a little salt. carefully pour about a Cup of remaining chicken broth. stir well and pour evenly over the chicken meat. in the form pour about 2 cups of broth. and into the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
step-6
here and dinner is ready!!!
step-7
in the comments asked about cheese. in such a conventional packaging it is sold. I think you can take any cream that you like, in the end there is also hard cheese. just personally, I saw this dish, only with this variety. besides our family love him. can't be choosers
