Been looking for a recipe lazy Golubtsov and finally found in some magazine. I remembered the taste of cabbage from my childhood. Today, while I was cooking, had an idea: to try next time instead of tomato paste, add chopped tomatoes in own juice will add acidity.

Cooking
Minced meat fry in oil in a frying pan for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, to avoid large lumps.
Carrots grate, chop onion.
Put the carrots and onions to the mince, add the tomato paste and pepper to taste and stir. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
On the bottom of the pan place a layer of one third of the cabbage.
On top lay a layer of half the meat with vegetables (with oil, in which it is roasted), to level.
On top of meat put half of the washed rice, spread evenly over the surface and season with salt.
Repeat the layers. The latter should be a layer of cabbage. Between the wall of the pan and contents to invest from different sides of Laurel leaves. Add water until the top layer of cabbage (but not above). Put on the fire. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for about 40 minutes.
