Chicken rolls with spinach
One of my variations on the theme rolls. The rolls turned out delicious, juicy and tender. And the flavor-what! Preparation will not take much time, but your loved ones will love it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    3 piece

  • Spinach

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

  • Butter

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

Chicken Breasts cut in half, cut away the excess thickness (it should not exceed 1.5 cm), cover with cling film and slightly repel.

Spinach and onion cut. Blanchere spinach in boiling water 1-2 minutes, and then squeeze.

Onions fry in a skillet until tender, add spinach and half of chopped garlic. Mix everything.

Beated salt, sprinkle with black pepper and brown. Upload the onion-spinach stuffing, sprinkle with grated cheese, wrap the rolls and held together with wooden skewer or toothpick.

Rolls dipped in egg, dip them with flour and fry on all sides.

Put in a bowl for baking. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and yogurt squeezed into mixture 3 cloves of garlic, all mix well. Pour this sauce our rolls and put in microwave for 3 minutes at a power of 100% and then another 7 minutes at a power of 60%. You can put in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Here's what we got.

Spread on a plate and decorate according to your taste. Can be served with any side dish.
