Marzipan candy
Marzipan sweets are very beautiful and tasty. You can submit them to tea in a family circle or to give to friends for any event.

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    150 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Water

    70 ml

  • Essence

Drop the almonds in boiling water for a few minutes.

Remove the almonds from the water on a flat plate. Give it to cool.

Clean the almonds from the shell. Put it in cold water for a few seconds. Pour the almonds in the pan over medium heat and dry the almonds for several minutes. It is important not to let the almonds burn.

Was crushed the almonds in a coffee grinder into flour.

Prepare syrup. Take a saucepan with a thick bottom. Pour sugar, pour water. Stir the sugar until dissolved. Give the syrup to boil and leave on the fire a little above average for 15 minutes. Cook the syrup to 120 degrees or to audition for a soft ball. To the syrup add the almond flour and essence.

I got 18 candies, about 300 g. Put candy in the freezer for half an hour. Take out the candy from the molds. Marzipan candies are ready!
