Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sugar

    3 piece

  • Sauce

  • Water

    250 g

  • Radish

    1 piece

Pollock to handle, cut into slices.

Boil water, add the vegetable oil, sugar, soy sauce (a little).

When the liquid boils, put the pieces of Pollack and bring to a boil, then lower flame and continue to simmer the fish until, until the liquid evaporates half.
