Salad
One more salad that will not overload your body with excess calories.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Green onions

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chicken cut into cubes or strips.

Add sliced into strips salt...

... and fresh cucumbers.

Add diced eggs.

Add the chopped mushrooms (I had canned mushrooms).

Nuts a little Islamite hands, not quite finely (they should be felt in the salad) and sprinkle on top.

Chop the spring onion finely and add to the pile. Mix everything carefully.

Sour cream mixed with mustard, add salt and pepper and season the salad. Put the salad on a flat dish. Decorate with halves of cherry tomatoes, egg. mushrooms and greens.
