Lentil soup
My favorite magazine "Food" was the inspiration for this spicy, sweet, insanely delicious, healthy, easy to prepare soup. Close happy. Mission accomplished!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    450 g

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Curry

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Broth

    3 l

1. Onions, garlic, carrots simmered until polomarket in a saucepan with a thick bottom for about 10 minutes. Add tomato paste and curry. Salt and pepper to taste.

2. Pour the washed lentils to the fried and left for a few moments.

3. Pour in hot broth. After 15 minutes add potatoes, cut into dice. After 15-20 minutes, taste for softness of lentils. If the soft - the soup is ready.

4. In a bowl put a spoonful of sour cream and a leaf of Basil. Bon appetit!
