Mushrooms in green sauce
A recipe from my beloved Turkish journal "Climbs gunesi" - "the Yesil soslu Mantar" or in our - "Mushrooms in green sauce". The dish is light, tasty, and spicy!!!! Perfect as a snack before the main meal!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    8 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mint

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    120 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

step-0
We need large mushrooms. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stalk. I did for 2 servings. Prepared and other necessary products.
step-1
Make filling. Parsley, garlic, mint leaves (large), chillies (I didn't have red, there was some polarlty-polycracy and I added the green spicy stuff) put in a food processor and puree them (you can hand chop). I also add 4 olives, I wanted somehow:) Add vinegar and oil, salt and black pepper to taste, and mix well.
step-2
Stuff our mushrooms and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes.
step-3
Put on a plate, allow to cool a little and you can eat.
step-4
I wanted top add a piece of white goat cheese, but decided not to change the recipe and for the first time to leave as is. It was delicious, but I'm sure a bit of soft cheese will add extra flavour to the dish, so next time I might add. Nice!!!
