  • Flour

    150 g

  • Potato starch

    50 g

  • Water

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

Fry onions till light brown, add the sliced mushrooms, season with salt and pepper. Allow to cool, grind.
