Beef rib with cream and sorrel in a pot
I never cooked before and, of course, that's so delicious and niinimaki impromptu!!! And the aroma........ mmmmm.... Come, treat ; -)

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sorrel

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

Cooking

In a pot place the beef, potatoes and sauté

Add cream and Bay leaf, sorrel, pour water and put on 180 deg. in duhovochku 1.5 hours

Ready!!! look at the softness of the meat and don't forget when baking to lift the lid of the pot so that the liquid is not boiling and not spray where it is not falling :-D :-D :-D
