Mix the minced meat, fried onions and rice. Season with salt and pepper. To form the meatballs, place them on a baking tray lined with foil, pour in the tomato juice. Bake at 200-250 degrees. 30 minutes, then lubricate sour cream and skumanich under the grill for 3 minutes. Bon appetit!
