Eggplant is a photophilous, hygrophilous and most heat-loving plant of the family Solanaceae. Eggplants have a high nutritional value. They contain various sugars, mineral elements prevails potassium. There are also pectins, vitamins b, C and PP. My recipe of eggplant!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Cheese

Cooking

The eggplant slice and add salt, so extracted the bitterness
