Pudding with pumpkin and apples
Continuing our series of pumpkin dishes. This pudding is great variety to your Breakfast of the day. The recipe is from the magazine "the Deli."

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

Pumpkin wash, cut into small cubes. Apples wash, cut in half, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Proteins separated from the yolks.
