In the preheated pressure cooker, pour vegetable oil. When the oil has heated add finely chopped onions and garlic, fry until Golden color.

Put the onion chopped, portioned chicken (mutton or veal), salt, fry a little, so that it just lost a vibrant color.

And put the tomato paste, spices. All this fry on high heat. Add half Cup of water and close the pressure cooker. When the pressure cooker will hiss and purr set the time to 5 minutes on medium flame (if cooking meat, the cooking time in the pressure cooker should be increased by at least 5 minutes!). After that open the lid and fry to the state until you have reached fat as I have in the pictures.

Peel potatoes, cut into wedges. We prepare our dry sink, I clean and I'm not soaked.

Add the potatoes and plums in our the stern. One glass of water and closed for another 5 minutes in our pressure cooker.
