Cooking

step-0
Took a picture of one egg, and then thought little happens to three people. So, beat 2 eggs with salt.
step-1
Add 3 cups of flour and knead the dough. It will be elastic.
step-2
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts, to make it easier to roll out.
step-3
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin very thin, constantly turning over and sprinkling with flour. Spread the rolled out layers separately and leave for an hour.
step-4
In an hour we can see that the dough has absorbed all the flour, so again, sprinkle the dough with flour and cut each layer into strips with a width of approximately 5 cm.
step-5
Fold the strips one on the other obliquely cut very thinly
step-6
So do all three layers of dough and get this noodles again dip them in flour and sent to parchment and in a warm place for a day. Sometimes mix it. Trying to fluff.
step-7
Processed wings.
step-8
Put them in a bowl and add all of our spices, salt, wine, and tomato juice. Stir.
step-9
Put them in a bowl and tightly cover with the marinade. Send a day in the fridge, but after 12 hours put them (the top sent down and Vice versa).
step-10
Put them on parchment, greased, and bake it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
step-11
In about an hour.
step-12
Cook the noodles in the broth. Drain off excess liquid, add the butter in which it was baked the wings, and form a dish. Bon appetit. Thank you.
