Bars with peanut butter and rice
Don't be scared of peanut butter in the ingredients, it is very easy to prepare, and the bars are neveroyatno delicious and hearty, but still useful. However, peanut butter, rich in protein of plant origin, you can substitute other nut pastes, including Nutella.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Rice air

    0.75 cup

  • Honey

    100 g

  • Peanut oil

    250 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Mix everything except the cereal and puffed rice. Heat 2 minutes in the microwave or in a water bath (this is necessary in order to mix it was no problem to mix).

Mix well, add flakes and rice Krispies.

In a pre-greased form (I use cling film) to put the ready mixture and put into the refrigerator for half an hour.

Cut into bars and serve with tea or wrap each bar in baking paper.
