"Chicken with vegetables" a La carte dish , summer, easy , inspired by the "Beijing cabbage"

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    600 g

  • Cabbage

    2000 g

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Pepper

    200 g

  • Onion

    175 g

  • Greens

    20 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

- chicken not fully defrosted (easier to cut)cut into cubes of 1 cm

- Chinese cabbage wrapped in foil ("bottom", add 50 ml. of water), simmer 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated 300 t the oven

- vegetables ( tomatoes, Bulgarian pepper, onion) cleaned , cut into squares and cubes , chop the greens,

vegetables to connect with chicken fillet , season with salt and pepper, mix well

- cabbage leaves slightly cooled (warm)wrap the prepared filling ,

put in a bowl of hot 3 to 4 cm of water, cover with a tight lid , bring to boil, simmer 30 minutes on low heat

- serve with mayonnaise (sour cream) or sprinkle with grated cheese.
