A La carte omelet with potatoes and fish
This is a very hearty and delicious omelet, perfect for Breakfast although it can be submitted as a separate dish for lunch or dinner. Its taste is very balanced and self-sufficient, and preparing this dish is quick and easy.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Milk

    80 ml

  • Fish

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

Cooking

Onions and potatoes cut into cubes.

Fish cut into small pieces.

Fry the onions and potatoes with oil.

Beat eggs with milk with a whisk.

Mix the egg mixture with roasted vegetables and fish.

Add the soy sauce. I use soy sauce TM Cccamp.

Pour the resulting mass into molds. Cook in a water bath for about 30 minutes. Or in the microwave for about 5 minutes. Or in the oven until cooked.
