Cooking
Octopus to thaw and dry.
For the marinade finely chopped parsley, a couple of peppers, chilli, garlic, celery, all mixed with olive oil, soy sauce and juice of half a lemon. Pour the marinade octopus and leave to marinate for an hour.
Grill heat, fry the octopus 7 minutes.
Zucchini cut into slices drizzle with olive oil and salt, roast on the grill.
Serve the zucchini with octopus and of course don't forget about the lemon. PS the Dish is quite spicy, those who are not advisable to eat spicy reduce the amount of pepper.
