Cooking
1. Raisins pour boiling water.
2. Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, pudding.
3. Eggs slightly vzbit with sugar.
4. To dry mixture add the mayonnaise, eggs, sugar and softened raisins.
5. Put the dough in shape and bake for 25-30 mins at 180 degrees.
6. For the cream mix the cream and jam.
7. Ready cake cut into two parts.
8. To lubricate the lower part of the cream, cover the top and brush the whole cake with cream. I have decorated the top with coconut shavings. BON APPETIT!
