Description
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Mouse-Katyusha called "Ravioli baked with pepper," and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". The dish we liked, but first had doubts about adding oatmeal, but the result did not disappoint. And I didn't have fresh hot peppers, so I used dried chili pepper instead of red bell pepper was yellow. The result was delicious, hearty and not a cliche.

Cooking
Sweet pepper cut into thin strips, onion half-rings. Put the vegetables in the preheated pan, a little salt, add the chilli, stir and then simmer for about 10 minutes.
Grate cheese on a fine grater, greens grind.
In salted water boil the ravioli, drain in a colander and put in a baking dish. A little water from boiling (I took about 5 tablespoons), add to the tomato paste, stir until smooth and pour this ready-made ravioli.
Add prepared vegetables, chopped herbs and oat flakes, mix everything carefully.
Top liberally sprinkle with grated cheese and place in preheated oven for 20 minutes to melt the cheese and slightly fried.
After 20 minutes, you can get and enjoy!
