Cooking
Potatoes clean, cut.
Cook for 20 minutes, add salt. Drain water, add butter and milk. To mash these
Put the liver in a bag and pour the flour.
Shake the package well below the liver is covered completely with flour.
In a pan pour oil (I used olive) and fry the liver on both sides until cooked.
Ready liver, pour sour cream or yogurt, gently stir, add salt, pepper to taste and leave to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
