To separate the meat from the bones
Squeeze the garlic, add the pepper, olive oil, soy sauce. By the way, please note. One of the best, to my taste, brands of Chinese soy sauce. Taste very similar to soy sauce, Kikkoman.
Mix well and marinate for 1 hour
Put the chicken on the foil.
Close the chicken with foil, forming an envelope. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Cut into strips, serve hot. May be garnished with, for example, Fig.
