Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 pack

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cinnamon

Potatoes wash, peel, cut into slices. Boil in salted water until tender (!!! NOT TO DIGEST)

Fry in butter and mushrooms about 5 minutes, add semolina, stir and fry for another minute. Reduce the heat to low and add the cream. Simmer 5 minutes, until thick. Mix obtained from potatoes, stir and leave under the cover to steep for 3-5 minutes. Place on a plate. From fresh vegetables to build a basket. And delicious, and beautiful, especially with chicken!)
