About a kilogram of pangasius fillets and 2 medium size onion mince.
The stuffing add 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and 3 tbsp semolina. Beat the egg and mix everything thoroughly, add salt and spices (if desired) to taste. I do not add spices, the taste is still rich. To give the meat to soak 25 minutes, less.
