Description
Wonderful and easy to make crunchy sugar cookies with rich Apple and walnut stuffing. "Charah" in translation from Turkic "Shoe" - padded shoes with pointed ends.

Cooking
For the filling apples cut into thin slices or strips. In a saucepan add all the products for the filling except the nuts and keep on heat until all the liquid evaporates.
Nuts chopped. I had a mixture of walnuts and hazelnuts. Add them to the apples and mix thoroughly.
Mix soft butter with sugar until smooth. I whipped it with a mixer. Add the egg and mix well. Then add milk and again mix well. Separately mix the flour, vanillin and baking powder and sift into the butter mass. Flour it took me less than incomplete 3 cups. From dough formed into a ball. Divide the dough into 2 parts. We will only need one half. However, you can increase the amount of filling by half, then the dough will be fully utilized.
Roll the dough and cut into equilateral triangles (with sides of about 10-11cm). On each triangle to make cuts as shown in photo.
In the center of each triangle put the filling inside and fold back the bottom corners. Half of the test I got 20 "shoes".
Bake at 180*C until Golden brown. Although some prefer not to bring up it will turn brown arguing that the cookie begins to burn. I used to bake cookies in 2 portions and the second time held it longer, until Golden. Cookies are not burned and it I enjoyed more, was more crispy. Warm cookies generously sprinkled through a strainer powdered sugar.
