Escalope of Turkey
Juicy, flavorful scallops with lemon and parsley, as well as the finished gravy.

Ingredients

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Turkey

    6 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

The Turkey breast cut into pieces with a thickness of 1-1.5 cm (or cooked scallops). Each piece gently repel, salt and pepper.

In a pan pour vegetable oil, add butter and heat. In hot oil fry the Turkey meat for 30 seconds on each side until browned.

The meat need not be cooked, only browned, the fire should be moderate, to spice, and the oil is not burned.

In a saucepan pour 0.5 cups of boiling water and oil with spices from the pan in which roasted scallops. Add the juice of half a lemon, chopped parsley. To put our fried pieces into the sauce and simmer for 30 seconds on each side.

Serve, garnished with lemon slices and greens. Pour our sauce. A side can be salad, vegetables. On each piece put the cheese and warm up in the microwave.
