Baked escalar-butterfish
Fried the fish I did not like, decided to experiment with oven. My husband liked it, and I - much tastier than fried, but still useful :) Regarding the picture: sorry for quality :)

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    4 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

  • Cheese

  • Adyghe cheese

Rinse the steaks Escolar, sprinkle with salt, pepper and ginger (very little for flavor), put on the foil and coat the top with mayonnaise.

Heat the oven to 200-220 degrees and put the fish. I it looked to start to propechetsja, and somewhere about 20 minutes take out and sprinkle the top with cheese mixture (grate on a coarse grater). Put in oven for about 15-20 minutes. Once the cheese is melted, move up and diminish the heat (well, I'm high in the gas oven was lowered by half).
