Ingredients

  • Egg white

  • Sugar

  • Forest nuts

    0.5 cup

  • Almonds

    0.5 cup

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Instant coffee

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

The cake to start to cook in the evening: [b]peanut cake:[/b] beat the Whites with sugar until strong peaks. Add all the nuts and mix gently by hand.

In the laid paper and greased with butter form (24 cm) lay out the resulting mass and levelling. Send in a preheated 160 degrees oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let slightly cool. The oven does not turn off.

[b]While baking a walnut cake, prepare chocolate layer:[/b] On a water bath melt the butter, coffee and chocolate. Allow to cool slightly. Beat the eggs with sugar.

Pour in the chocolate mixture and mix gently. Spread chocolate slightly cooled walnut crust and put in a preheated 160 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove and let cool. Send a cake overnight in the refrigerator.

The next day: [b]Frosting:[/b] Cream butter bring to a boil. Add broken pieces of chocolate. Remove from heat and stir until smooth. Add the cognac and stir again. Pour the cake icing and allow to solidify.
