Cooking
Here our products.
Onion and garlic finely chop.
Carrot grate, add to the onions and garlic.
Add the beef, salt, pepper. Mix well.
Tomatoes pour boiling water for a few minutes.
With tomatoes remove the skin.
In the beef add the tomatoes and blend Bonduelle.
Prepare a traditional sauce for lasagna - Bechamel. Melt butter.
When the butter is completely melted, add the flour, mix well.
While stirring, pour in the milk. Cook until light thick.
In a baking dish lay out the sheets of lasagna.
The top half of the meat filling.
Grease with half the sauce.
Sprinkle with half of cheese.

The last layer may optionally be covered with sheets of lasagna, I wasn't covered. Put into the oven (180град.) on 40 minutes. Get, sprinkle cheese and for another 10 minutes. Juicy and delicious lasagna is ready! Bon appetit!
