Lasagna with a blend of mexicana
Lasagna with ground Turkey meat, with beans and corn.

Ingredients

  • Minced Turkey

    700 g

  • Lasagna

    8 piece

  • Milk

    900 ml

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Assorted vegetable

    1 can

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Salt

Onion and garlic finely chop.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Carrot grate, add to the onions and garlic.

Add the beef, salt, pepper. Mix well.

Tomatoes pour boiling water for a few minutes.

In the beef add the tomatoes and blend Bonduelle.

Prepare a traditional sauce for lasagna - Bechamel. Melt butter.

The last layer may optionally be covered with sheets of lasagna, I wasn't covered. Put into the oven (180град.) on 40 minutes. Get, sprinkle cheese and for another 10 minutes. Juicy and delicious lasagna is ready! Bon appetit!
