Ingredients

  • Beets

    1.5 kg

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Vinegar

    2 cup

  • Salt

Beets wash.

Boil in a pot 2 liters of water, vinegar and sugar. Put the beets and cook for 1 hour.

Spread the beets from the pan, allow to cool, then peel. Cut into 3-4 pieces. Strain the marinade and bring to boil. Put a peeled beets into sterilized jars, pour the marinade, close and refrigerate. I got 3 that such banks. Bon appétit!!!
