Chicken Kung PAO
Chicken "'re making Sizzling kung PAO& quot; is one of the most popular dishes in Chinese cuisine. It is always present in the menu of any Chinese restaurant. The dish belongs to Sichuan cuisine, which uses chili pepper, so the're making Sizzling kung PAO chicken is quite spicy.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    500 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Peanuts

    100 g

  • Chili

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

  • Water

    6 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

For the sauce mix soy sauce, Kikkoman, honey and water.

Chicken cut into medium cubes and pickle in half of the sauce. Leave for 30 minutes.

Peanut clean.

Garlic and ginger finely chop. Cucumber and pepper medium cubes.

Fry in vegetable oil garlic and ginger.

Add the chicken and fry until Golden brown.

Then add the peppers, cucumber and peanuts, simmer on a slow fire, until soft pepper.

In the rest of the sauce add the starch, stir.

To the meat add salt to taste, chilli pepper, I have dry. If you have fresh, then fry it with garlic and ginger, optional add paprika. Add the sauce. Over high heat, stirring constantly simmer until it thickens. Served with rice.
